L' appartement est magnifique, spacieux et très complet en ce qui concerne la cuisine, il ne manque absolument rien,à part le fait que le gros bec de la taque de cuisson a fonctionné jeudi mais a refusé de rester allumé vendredi.J'y retournerais volontiers.

Grand appartement lumineux avec tout le nécessaire. Immeuble plus ancien surtout les communs. Le garage n'est pas accessible pour une voiture mais on peut facilement garer une voiture dans la rampe d'accès. Prévoir une petite visite pour le petit entretien, nous avons huilé les ouvertures des fenêtres et portes, et avons remplacé les piles du thermostat, le séchoir ne fonctionne plus correctement. Quelques petites peintures à refaire sur certains murs pourraient le valoriser encore plus. La dame pour nettoyer est arrivée à 11h00 alors qu'Abritel indique 16h00 heure le départ, peut-être à rectifier. Sinon tout était très bien et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Ce n'est que de petits détails pour le reste.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Auch die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und schön. Mit der Sauberkeit hat es etwas gehapert, kann aber auch an Anfangsschwierigkeiten gelegen haben, da der Vermieter das Objekt noch nicht lange auf FeWo stehen hat. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas schleppend, die Heizung fiel an mehreren Tagen abends aus, was im November am Meer ein echtes Problem darstellt ... Nach einigem Zögern und etlichen Chat-Verweisen auf die Bedienungsanleitung (die wir aber nicht lesen konnten, da in Holländisch und Französisch), hat er dann die Heizung per App neu gestartet, aber da war es in der Wohnung schon sehr kühl.
