Immediate proximity to Étel beach and its nautical center, shops 200m away and port 700m, 2-room apartment (approx. 42 m²) for 4 people, located in the Cap Marine Residence (Building A, 2nd floor – elevator –, door N°A206) Apartment comfortable and bright, with west-facing balcony. Ideal for enjoying the Etel ria, the Carnac alignments and the Bay of Quiberon.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement très bon accueil de la part de square habitat

Bel appartement avec une magnifique vue sur la ria et sur la plage des enfants depuis le salon/séjour et depuis la chambre: nous y retournerons pour cet emplacement et cette vue idéale y compris sur le centre nautique qui propose un large choix d’activité pour les enfants/ado. Tous les commerces sont à proximité (boulangerie, poissonnerie... et supérette en cas de besoin de dernière minute). Appartement décoré avec goût et bien équipé. 3 points à revoir: la fixation de la pomme de douche qui n’est pas bien maintenue, le mobilier extérieur qui commence à vieillir (ou au moins prévoir une nappe pour éviter de casser le revêtement à chaque lavage, heureusement nous en avions prévue une pour les pique niques), et un couteau office qui a fait défaut. La chambre est équipée de 2 lits jumeaux confortables; le salon contient un canapé sympa qui une fois convertit en lit l’est beaucoup moins: notre fille à bien aimé mais nous (notre dos surtout) ne l’avons pas apprécié. Ces quelques « détails » ne nous ont pas gâché le séjour dont nous gardons un très très bon souvenir!
