About this apartment rental
In the center of the old town, yet quiet, with a balcony in one of the oldest houses in Überlingen.
Ideal for everyone who wants to spend their vacation actively. You are in the central old town location, from which you can reach all amenities in a few minutes on foot. About three minutes to the promenade and boat docks.
Cafes, restaurants, shops, museum, city park and much more. are easily accessible on foot in a very short time. If you arrive by train, you have about 7 minutes walk to the apartment from our unique train station, which is located between two tunnels. There is no permanent parking.
Loading and unloading by car is not a problem. You can then park your car in the multi-storey car park, which is also only about 300 meters away, at a reasonable guest rate for the duration of your vacation. We would be happy to help you with the reservation. You probably won't need your car during this time. You will receive our EBC guest card, which you can use to reach all excursion destinations free of charge and conveniently from the nearby bus and train station. A bicycle rental is also only a few hundred meters away. Two lidos and our Bodenseetherme, located in the west and east of the city, can also be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. The ideal starting point for a wonderful holiday in Überlingen on Lake Constance.

Due to the past state horticultural show in 2021, Überlingen got a large shore park to the already longest promenade on the lake.

The local tourist tax for people over the age of 16 is:
April 1st to October 31st 3.30 € / person and night.
November 1st to March 31st €2.40 / person and night.
The fee is to be paid in cash on the day of arrival. At the same time you will receive your EBC card for bus and train as well as the associated various discounts.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der tollen Wohnung in Überlingen am Bodensee erlebt Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Angaben im Inserat und in den vorherigen Bewertungen. Es ist alles vorhanden und sie ist sehr liebevoll und luxeriös eingerichtet. So fehlte es an nichts. Auch die herzliche und informative Begrüßung durch Herrn Schorpp war ein toller Start in den Urlaib. Er war ebenfalls jederzeit für alle Fragen erreichbar.
