The staff were very friendly, and Greta was very attentive providing us with all the details we would need and making sure our stay was great. The restaurant was also great, we ate there one of the evening and the food was very good quality.
It was also nice touch to have breakfast brought to the room so you could eat on the balcony.
There were good transport links, with a free shuttle running three times a day to drop us and pick us from Bellagio. There was also a ferry port and bus stop right outside so it was well equipped to be able to get around.

Beautiful property overlooking the lake. The suite is roomy with great toiletries and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfast in the room was divine and the links to places on the lake very easy with the dock and the ferry literally next door. Greta and Daniela looked after us and the use of the infrared sauna and jacuzzi was a nice touch.
There is no lift so you have heavy bags or stairs are an issue, bear this in mind (they do offer to take your bags up for you however). The food in restaurant food was great although the service left a little bit to be desired.
