Personnel à l'écoute et très sympathique.
Vraiment au top pour la famille
L'emplacement est vraiment bien car à proximité de tous (10min de marche pour accéder au centre commercial) tout en restant au calme de la campagne.

Personnel accueillant, très à l'écoute. Villas bien équipées. Salle de sport, le sauna et le hammam sont des services bien utiles pour un plus long séjour. Magnifique petite ville. Emplacement stratégique, proche des gorges du Tarn et des villages à visiter.
La télé ne fonctionnait pas, mais ce n'est pas bien grave.
Nous reviendrons à une période pour profiter de la piscine et de la montagne.

Très bon rapport qualité prix et gros plus pour le personnel qui a été vraiment très sympathique!
Petit bemol sur quelques equipement dans le logement. La table était pas très solide, quelques odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bain et il aurait manque des tables de nuit dans les chambres du haut. Mais nous avons vraiment apprécié l'espace et la tranquillité.

The chalets are really nice, with a lot of potential. The property - Village de Gites - is amazing, with a lot of potential. The views are fantastic. Very quiet with plenty of space for kids to play and adults to disconnect.
On arrival the chalet was very cold as there was no heating on for a long time, probably days, although the outside temperatures were getting close to zero by night. Considering we mentioned we are traveling with 2 small kids, we would expect a bit more sensitivity to these details. Although we have arrived within the check-in time, towards the end of it, there was nobody present to assist us. They left the check-in instructions at the reception and were nice over phone but that did not change the fact that we could not get some help with heating the house faster, for example firing the chimney - you need to buy the wood at the property but someone needs to be there to sell it to you. There is no mention of linen and towels being or not provided. Eventually the property provides linen for free but no towels. Also, there is a welcome pack but unfortunately was incomplete as there was no hand soap provided.
On departure day, although the check-out time was not yet finished, we felt rushed to leave so they could prepare the place for the next guest.
Attention to guest and customer care is something they can work on more. Otherwise, the place is great with a huge potential.
