Mediterranean 201 West is a luxury condo unit available for rent in the beachfront Mediterranean at Perdido Key condominium. This unit was just recently remodeled with new flooring, paint, furniture, and more! It has 4 bedrooms and a sleeping capacity of 9 guests. Spectacular views of the Gulf from the floor to ceiling windows and wraparound balcony will simply take your breathe away. The condominium building itself offers amazing amenities, and our unit is sure to be everything you could need and more for a fabulous vacation.
To make cooking, eating, and entertaining a breeze, the condo features a gourmet kitchen with wine cooler, double-sided sub-zero refrigerator, and stainless steel appliances. The large, comfortable living room offers views from every angle, as well as a flat-screen TV.
The master bedroom also has a gorgeous beach view, with a king bed and a large bathroom. There are 3 more guest bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a queen and a twin bed. All bedrooms have their own private, attached bathrooms, and this condo can accommodate up to 9 guests!
With a vacation to the beach, what could be better than ideal beach access?! Mediterranean is located directly on the pristine white beaches of Perdido Key. Walk right down the private boardwalk and enjoy! Play in the sand, boogie board in the waves, collect seashells... the possibilities for adventure are endless! If pure relaxation is what you desire, lay in a beach chair, soak up the sun, and experience true tranquility to the sounds of the Gulf. On-site at Mediterranean is also a fabulous pool, that connects to both indoors and outdoors. The kids will love playing in the pool while the adults can watch and relax from the pool chairs, or join in on the fun!
Mediterranean offers an awesome meeting room in the complex with a full kitchen and tables/chairs. This is the perfect spot for any meeting or family gathering during your stay! Also available is a exercise room with treadmills, weight machines, free weights, sauna and showers. Throughout the building, wireless internet is offered, located in the parlors of the buildings.
Along with being beachfront, the Mediterranean is conveniently located directly next door to the Alabama/Florida line. Just a few steps will take you to the famous Flora-Bama Bar, Restaurant, and Marina, where you can enjoy a meal, have a drink, and book watersport activities! All 5 stars here. The place was fantastic and we would definitely rent again. Clean, and the office was able to arrange for us to check in a couple of hours early, which greatly helped! Thank you, Nikki!! Only downside was the shortage of parking spaces on site for a second car. There were some second car parking spots but I had to park across the street on two nights. But all in all, was a wonderful experience.

We have stayed in over a dozen properties along the gulf and this one was the best. Having a whole floor, or half a floor I guess, was awesome. The place was clean and we felt safe. The location was perfect. We will most definitely return.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Location was great! The property was stunning and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The photos simply cannot do the property and views justice. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time. The private beach and pool access from the balcony was such an added bonus! Prickett Properties was wonderful to work with. Communications were fast and effective. The experience and the property were A+++.

Booked just prior to our stay. Communication with the renting agency was above and beyond. Condo is huge and would be perfect for a large family. Was hesitant about staying next to The Flora-Bama but even that was perfect. It was like having a private concert while sitting on the beach. Also, the Worship on the Water was amazing!! Several delicious restaurants within walking distance (and Waffle House!) Already planning next year.
