About this apartment rental
This elegant and classic apartment located in the suburban area of Rome is 6 km from Ciampino Airport.
It is in a residential area, consisting of small modern buildings (two stories).
The accommodation, a two-bedroom flat of 75 sq m on the ground floor with a terrace and a garden with barbecue, is very well equipped, furnished with parquet floor in the bedrooms, nice light spots, built-in wardrobes, double glazed windows, mosquito screens, high speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, alarm system and a washing machine.
There is a living room with flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, blender),
two double bedrooms with 160x200 large beds, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, and one with a Jacuzzi bath, hairdryers). All windows with mosquito screens. Pet not allowed.
Parking on small, private street, shared with the other inhabitants.
Distances: food shops, many restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacy, bank, a supermarket etc. all within walking distance from 50 to 450 m. A bus stop (towards Anagnina Metro and bus station, the nearest one to reach the town centre) is at 60 m. Anagnina metro and bus station are at 2 km.
Prices includes gas, water, electricity, bedlinen and towels,final cleaning, cot (on request), Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating.
Not included and to be paid on location : Damage deposit € 250 cash, bedlinen and towels change € 10/person, extra cleaning € 30/h, bath-robe € 10. Private transfer with luxury car on request (airports/city centre).
