About this apartment rental

Guests enjoy free access to the indoor and outdoor pools and sauna at 'Erlebnisbad Mayrhofen' from early May to early November. You can also use the tennis courts in Mayrhofen and Hippach, as well as the Hippach pool, at no extra charge.



The owner lives on the first floor with a completely separate entrance. Quiet hours begin at midnight. Inside: 12-room section of a house, 2 floors, approx. 240 m². Separate entrance on the 1st floor: double room with washbasin and balcony access, twin room with washbasin, 2 bedrooms each with double bed, single bed, and washbasin, shower/WC, 2 large showers/WC and washbasins. Fully equipped kitchen. New, spacious living-dining room with coffee table and satellite TV. Covered terrace with barbecue. On the 2nd floor: hallway with entrance, kitchen with kitchenette and corner bench, from here access to a triple room with shower/WC, double room with balcony access, four-bed room, twin room, separate shower/WC, triple room with shower/WC.

Pros: 10/10 !!! Hermann was great and attentive. The house was so clean and spacious, with an amazing view. It was very well equipped for big groups - we were so impressed with the quick dishwasher! If you are a larger group, I would highly recommend.

Pros: Sehr sehr nette Vermieter, toller Ausblick am Hang, ausreichend Besteck/Geschirr, Waschbecken in jedem Zimmer, Erstausstattung mit Spültabs etc., Kinderhochstühle/Babybett vorhanden, Semmelservice an Wochentagen, ausreichend Parkplätze, viele Aktivitäten im Zillertal möglich Cons: Die Küche bzw. Der Aufenthaltsraum war für uns recht knapp. Kopfkissen teilweise unbequem (aber das ist ja Geschmacksache)

Super tolle Aussicht. Alles sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wer mit kleinen Kindern reist sollte jedoch beachten, dass die ganz Kleinen nicht alleine draußen spielen können, da es doch sehr steil nach unten geht an ein paar Ecken, da das Haus sehr weit oben auf einem Berg steht.
