Had three families with 10 teenagers. Great location for mountain access. The place worked perfect to stop for lunch and had plenty of space for us to gather as a group. Hot tub views were amazing.

The house was very spacious. The layout was good for our family. The ice on the driveway was a problem that was not addressed. It was difficult getting in and out of the cars with so much ice near the garage. I did not like the polyester sheets on the beds. Yuck! I’d go back if they changed the bedding to cotton. The sun was blinding during the morning in the family room. Blinds would be nice to control the sunlight.

Reviewer Comments:
The property is in a great location with lots of usable space, hot tub and sauna. The finishing is old and outdated and outdoor furniture is old and only 4 chairs for a deck that is large and should have at least 15-20 chairs. The grill is small and propane run out during grilling.
