" Our appartement is situated near the sea (200 m) in the most beautiful part of Rovinj, very peaceful Borik (as the name says, nearby an old pine forest).It is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and completely renovated this spring. It contains a large terrace surface of 23 m2. . If you are in need of peaceful holidays, take a footpath through the pine woods, find your place under the sun and rest whole day long. Rovinj is one of the most 'photogenic' towns in the Mediterranean, today is a tourist resort. Rovinj has long been known as the town with favourable and beneficial climatic features. So, today its people are still proud of this long tradition and 'fight' for the title of 'healthy town'... The rest is nature’s work. The entire coastline, with its twenty-two islands is an area of protected natural heritage.
If you are an artistic spirit, take sightseeing: DVIGRAD, remains of a medieval town, only 23 km from Rovinj abandoned in the 17th century; THE LIMSKA DRAGA COVE,a miracle of nature and a reserve marine, 15 km by land, 4 km by sea; BALE,the town features the extraordinary Bembo palace and a beautiful neobaroque parish church, 10 minutes drive from Rovinj; ŽMINJ, a town 25 km from Rovinj, which combines the atmosphere of the Meditterranean South and the continental North features the fiesta of St Bartolomew's and the Chapel of Holy Trinity; MOTOVUN, is a town- monument, an ancient istrian medieval acropolis believed being built by giants, located at the top of 277 m hig hill.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Kleiner Supermarkt 3 Minuten entfernt, ca. 5 Minuten bis ans Meer.
Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

The flat was very pleasant, very quiet and clean. 3 large rooms with a large balcony were very appreciated for a family of 5. It is less than 5 minutes walk to a small but nice beach. A small shop nearby. The air conditioner was most welcome due to the high temperature in July, but it is not included in the price.
The proprietaries were there on the ground floor during our stay and they were always very helpful and nice talking to (even in French).
It was our first stay in Croatie and we will definitely come back.
Rovnij is a very nice town but over crowded at summer time so we really appreciated not to be in the center. It is less than 10 minutes driving so very easy to get there but it was difficult to park the car in the evening.

C'est un bel appartement, les chambres sont décorées avec goût et correspondent aux photos sur le site. La terrasse est grande et avec des enfants c'est un espace de jeu appréciable. Nous avons regretté qu'il soit si difficile de parquer à Rovinj, ville aussi belle que touristique en été! La location est située trop loin pour y aller à pied.
