I would definitely rate this property 5*****.
Prior to arrival the communication from Hannah was amazing. She provided details of everything you would need to know when staying at the property, and also things to do in the area and on the island generally.
Access was super easy using the key box. The place was spotlessly clean! It is decorated to a very high standard and the kitchen welcome pack was a very nice touch. All the appliances were of the same high standard. The property had a really nice bathroom with a bath and shower, and the bedroom was very comfortable!!
I would definitely recommend this property for a long or short stay. We will certainly be returning!
Struggling to find anything I didn't like about the property. If I were being picky, the bed was a little soft for me, but that is purely a personal preference. My partner found the bed really comfortable.

The location was excellent, very family friendly and on the quieter side of the island. We were over for a wedding so only stayed for one night but it would be somewhere that we would visit again for sure.

Spotlessly clean, lots of light, very comfortable sofa, bed etc, nice big telly! Peaceful, we could hear the birds...
We stayed here the night as we were eating a celebratory meal at The Hut and didn't want to drive back to Ventnor, and it was a lovely 15 minute walk along the beach each way.
Parking spot right outside.
Also the host was very quick answering messages.
Maybe we were both a bit dosy but despite the postcode and the Whatsapp 3 word navigation, we took rather a time finding Brambles. Maybe a scanned pic with Linston holiday lets would have been helpful or maybe it's just us?!!
The bath / shower might benefit from a handrail and a non slip mat for use nearby?
A wall mirror could go in the bathroom left of radiator, and the other two would be great if they were slightly better quality, ie not ripply effect.... If I'd been there a week it would have irritated me.

Very clean and modern.
The location was 25 mins walk from nearest bar/cafe. Roads had no street lamps for 60% of the walk and no pavement so dangerous. The site had the apearence of an “Army Camp” 5 star referred to WiFi in description which is misleading.
