Clean and tidy studio room with a private bathroom. Perfect for our needs. Comfortable bed. Although the accommodation isn't located in the city centre, it's situated next to a tram line which is convenient and we weren't affected by the noise of trams going past during the night.

The price.
We came for the Robbie Williams show and did not know about the college football game (hence the reason that there were very few hotels to choose from).
I am glad that we were able to stay here.
It was a great room and no complaints.
NOTE
The room we had overlooked the busses housing area as well as the train so with the windows open it is very loud late night and early morning.
I might not have felt as comfortable walking late at night to the hotel if I had been alone.

Exceptional staff at the reception desk and over the phone. The stay and the facility is value for money.
If noise will stop you from sound night sleep... Rethink before booking this 'tram-track' location. The clean team can do a lot better.
