Perfect hotel, modern and cozy design, very clean, staff is super friendly and attentive. Great shows every night, food is great, rooms are super clean, beds are comfortable.
Rooms are not very spacious- you bump into each other all the time. Only one pool table and also only one ping pong table, sometimes it’s not enough for everyone who wants to play. But these are very minor comments, the rest is great.
Also- we were surprised that you can’t get to smoke hookah(shisha) anywhere in the hotel, very strange for Turkey

The rooms are clean and spacious, and the restaurants and bars offer excellent food and drinks. There’s great entertainment and high-quality live music performances.
Water activities on the hotel grounds are expensive.

Amazing hotel, staff can’t do enough for you, facilities great, kids club fantastic, evening cocktails at the beach bar and staff on rollerblades incredible. 24/7 patisserie delicious. The constant entertainment was so impressive, day and night always something going on, so much effort and expense for example Halloween party or Turkey’s national holiday when the children were given a free t shirt, flag and balloon! Heated pool for waterslides was great for October.
As it’s out of season the none heated pools weren’t used and this meant everyone around the main pool and the dreaded sunbed hogging people were literally up at 6am. We would arrive at 9 as that’s the time the pool opens and have no chance of having a sunbed which allowed us to sit and observe our children in the pool. I think this would be less of an issue in Summer as there are pools for all the accommodation blocks.
Slides could benefit from extra inflatables.
