Copropriété belle et agréable , literie salon catastrophique , ok pour des enfants de moins de 10 ans
1 seule télé et pas 2
Équipement cuisine constitué que de matériel très très bas de gamme / pas de lave vaisselle et très très peu de place pour ranger les courses , une vraie dînette
Garage minuscule impossible de garer ma
Voiture et pas de place de parking
Réservée … heureusement nous avons « occupée « une place vide , la 17 ! Sinon je ne sais pas comment nous aurions fait
La piscine est commune avec les copropriétés voisine et petite , pour y accéder il faut sortir de la résidence
Climatisation ok
Terrasse très salle et pas de jet d’eau pour rincer la poussière des travaux , donc à faire avec un seau …le moteur soufflant un air très chaud , si vous voulez profiter de la terrasse il faudra éteindre la Clim
Pas d’aspirateur , donc faudra faire avec la poussière de sable ou passer le balai

Très bon accueil à l agence. Appartement refait, moderne très bien équipé et très propre avec le clim Piscine propre Nous avons été très peu gênées par les travaux. Bien situé, nous avons fait le centre de bormes et le lavandou a pied. Juste revoir les indications pour accéder à l'appartement, 2 ascenseurs qui ne desservent pas les mêmes paliers.

Manque un lave vaisselle et salle de bain trop sombre pas de fenêtre. Canapé peu confortable. Logement correct. 2 TV dans l'annonce mais 1 seule une fois sur place dans le séjour.
