New and fresh, nice details, good bed linnen and towels, great location, welcoming and helpful staff. It was great as our company had all five rooms in the apartment and didn't have to share facilities with anyone we didn't know. For the purpose for our travel company of 10 it was great. Nice complements as coffee pods, tea bags and a little treat nicely placed on the beds when we arrived.
The smell from the drain in room 2+3 was really bad, it's nothing I think they could do anything about but rather a problem in the building but it was quite bad. I think also it would have been a little weird to share the kitchen etc with people we don't know, it's very thin walls. One floor with no elevator so if you have a problem walking in the stairs it's perhaps not for you.
