The apartment Barolo 4 is the portion of the villa with views towards the town of Barolo. It extends on two levels and is comprised of a double bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor and a second double bedroom with bathroom on the first floor where you also find the kitchen with private terrace, equipped with a barbeque and garden furniture to make the most of the outdoors during the warm season.
A convenient inside staircase connects the room on the ground floor to the areas of the first floor.

Total square footage of 69,30 m² and a private terrace of 39,50 m²
