The manager is very friendly. When I arrived early morning requesting to leave my luggage before check-in time, I could go to my room right away. Next day they had cleaned my room. Clean towel. Very impressed with the service and, above all, friendliness

Rooms were squeaky clean, location js great, staff was helpful and the room had a bit of a sea view. I recommend this place if you looking for a budget hotel stay in Heraklion.

Adequate for a night. Beware that the top floor (4th floor) rooms have extremely weak water pressure (just a trickle) and the shower has to held manually as it has no wall hook.
