About this house rental
Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 & 1/2 bath Roads End area of Lincoln City 2nd home & vacation rental is the perfect place to gather your team, family or pod for your next beach get away. An existing rental (sand Castle) under new ownership that is dedicated to update, cleanliness and safety in this home. You’ll need your swimsuit and beach towel as you head to our Whale Watch spot for an unforgettable vacation.
This NW Lincoln City home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and just three blocks away from the beach at Road's End State Park. Downtown is about a five-minute drive south. Private hot tub located on the deck.
The house has a full kitchen including gas cook top and new fridge has four bedrooms (no futons) with accommodations for up to 12 guests including 3 & 1/2 bathrooms with one featuring a jetted tub. Then you get great outside decks including main deck with a hot tub with ocean view. There's a living room on the main level along with a second living room on lower level so you and your guests have plenty of space to socialize or get silence to recharge.
Whether you are looking for a place to gather your family near and far or just planning a fun weekend with friends, this house is big enough to accommodate everyone yet small enough to feel like home. Everyone will have a comfortable place to sleep here. There's a two-car garage and more parking spots outside, so you can bring as many as four vehicles here.
Important Notes: There is a strictly enforced allowance of 4 cars by the city as defined within the rental agreement. 4 vehicles max with no trailers, tents, RV's allowed to park on the site.
The home has a security system for security purposes only with one active exterior camera out front and another 2 exterior out the back, with only sensors in place on entry doors and accessible windows inside the home. There are NO active cameras, motion devices or other recording type devices inside the home.
We utilize a rental agreement that needs to accepted to book.

We loved our stay at this lovely home. Would definitely recommend. Very clean and well-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful ocean views.

Kitchen well stocked. Accommodations were spacious enough for my large family. Hot tub was hot! Plenty of towels. Loved the game room. Easy to get to the beach access. Loved the ocean views!
