The location is great, only a 2–3 minute walk to the station. The hotel itself, however, just about does the job for the price you pay. Personally, I wouldn’t stay there again. The maintenance of the hotel, including the rooms, is very poor. The furniture looks very cheaply put together, there is mould in both the room and the bathroom, and the shower head is so full of limescale that it barely works properly. The toilet also constantly smells like drains. When the cleaner came to clean our room, they didn’t even remove the dirty mugs, and it’s clear they don’t clean under the bed at all, it was extremely dusty and dirty. I also have doubts about whether the blankets on the bed are changed regularly. Overall, yes, the price was cheaper, but I’ve stayed in much cheaper places and had a far better experience because they actually took care of the hotel. At the end of the day, you’re still paying and expect the hotel to be properly maintained and cared for.

Good price point. Bus stop right in front of building for Venice. Quick walk to bus stop for Airport. Friendly staff. Breakfast available with booking or to pay at hotel was affordable. Room with private washroom. Basic set up and appropriate for nights rest. Although it was priced well, we were able to hear cleaners and other guests

Overall you pay what you got, Pros Breakfast, Staff, Cleaning of rooms and towels that's it. Cons Beds are either broken or springs are out. Awful smell from the rooms does not matter window open or close. Everything is extremely old like a rubbish, no linens.
