About this cottage rental
3 BR, large Sunroom, private high-speed internet with Wi-Fi, smart TV, Blu-ray player, front and brand new large back deck with patio furniture and outdoor dining facilities, BBQ grill and Firepit can complete the outdoor fun.
Fully stocked with kitchen essentials such as all pans and pots and utensils plus coffee maker, toaster, etc.
Master BR with Double bed, a room with a double bed and a room with twin-sized bunk beds, two full-size futons in the add-a-room (sunroom) for additional people
Newly updated 3 bedroom cottage, with modern décor, high-speed Wi-Fi/Netflix, short 2-minute walk to the entertainment areas, and a short stroll to the beach!
This cottage is located in Forest Grove community within Sherkston Shores 5-Star Resort, an amazing family getaway with the kids. Our cottage is always clean and well maintained and is sure to impress.
At night you can enjoy a campfire, and roast some marshmallows.
Our cottage is air-conditioned/heated.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a toaster, Keurig, spices, and condiments (all at your disposal).
A large back deck includes outdoor dining furniture and propane BBQ. A fully covered front deck with brand new patio furniture welcomes you to enjoy your coffee or drink while winding down!
Indoors you will feel right at home, with a large TV in the Sunroom area with
smart Blu-ray player Netflix enabled, a smart TV in the master bedroom, and private high-speed internet.
All you need to bring is your food & beverages, toiletries, pillows, blankets, linens, and towels, and any other personal items deemed necessary to enjoy your stay.
For rainy days, we have lots of books and board games to entertain you!
**We do NOT provide funplex passes - You will need to purchase water-park passes from the welcome center if you wish to use the water park. We do however offer a discount code for savings. All beaches and the quarry do not require a pass to access**
A golf cart is available to rent - AT AN ADDITIONAL COST - Please message us for details.
A deposit/cancellation fee is required. Renter must sign a golf cart waiver.
Booking with us means, you are bound by all the rules set forth by the resort.
Must be 25+ to book and if the group is not a family, everyone staying must be over 25 years age, No smoking indoors and NO pets, no parties or events.

Loved the area so quiet. Many things for family to do. They need a new BBQ. It did help that the Weather cooperated the whole week. Loved the trailer want to come back next year

Property needs renovations... The bathroom door isn't sturdy and the front screen was broken, the bbq outside was filthy upon my arrival. In Sunny's terms, he stated if he had tk clean the bbq, we would be charged 25 dollars, so i found it weird that the bbq wasnt up to par upon my arrival . However when being with family at Sherkston, the minor things dont matter.
