The property is about 20 minutes from Florence city center by tram. I liked the convenient and peaceful location. The room and washroom were spacious. The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was really good- overall good value for money.
The bed wasn’t comfortable. Also the property seemed old- many of the gadgets, including the lift looked old. The AC wasn’t functioning well.

6 minute walk to tram stop for city centre.
Noisey cars on, and coming coming off, the nearby main road late Saturday until 1am Sunday. One shower screen panel had a big crack and half of another one was partly out of the frame... Noisey, ineffective and smelly built-in hairdrier Smoke alarm blue LED light flashing every 3 seconds - the one in the reception did the same...

It was close to the tram and the staff were very friendly
The bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on the floor, could have also done with an upgrade of linen
