Spacious villa located in the heart of the Florentine Chianti, only 7 km away from Incisa Val Arno.
It is the land of Leonardo’s backgrounds in his paintings, a spectacular countryside enhanced with charming medieval hamlets and a picturesque landscape.
The villa is a typical Tuscan country house, a style whose roots go back to the simplicity of country living. Here your attention will be captured by its wooden and brick floors, wrought iron beds, large divans covered in earthen colours, vaulted ceilings and archways; all features which you will fall in love with.
The villa has a large garden with a saltwater swimming pool (10x5 m, depth cm 140, open May-Sept), and a patio, next to the dining room, with a 16-seat table, as well as a barbecue, ideal for your “al fresco” dining.
The villa is immersed in the greenery and peace that the Tuscan countryside is famous for.
At the same time, it is conveniently close to the town. At only 3 km is Leccio, which has all first necessity shops whilst at 10 km are the charming villages of Figline Valdarno and Reggello.
The accommodation, which sleeps up to 16 guests, consists of a large villa of 265 sq m and an annex (the old lemon-house where the plants were recovered during the winter) of 75 sq m.
Main house ground floor: entrance, 16-seat dining room, living room with a fire place, Sat-TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, fruit juicer), a toilette.
First floor: 5 double bedrooms (the master one with 2 extra beds on a mezzanine) with safe. Each bedroom has its en-suite bathroom with shower, hair dryer. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Annex: on the ground floor there is a spacious lounge/dining room, sitting room, Sat-TV and a kitchenette. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a twin bedroom, and en-suite bathroom with shower, hair dryer.
Through a back entrance of the outbuilding one accesses a relaxation room with sauna, cold water reaction bathtub, and a bathroom with shower, as well as the laundry.
Amenities: Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, heating, courtesy line in the bathrooms, alarm system, fire extinguisher, emergency first aid kit, cot and high chair, private parking and a table tennis. Pets allowed.
Cooking courses or private chef and catering on request.
Distances: Nearest supermarket and shops in Leccio village, 3 km. A restaurant is at 2.2 km. Florence 33 km, Arezzo 55 km, San Gimignano 70 km, Pisa and Lucca 115 m, Greve in Chianti 30 km.

Loved the property. However, for the 13 people who stayed there,one small drip coffee maker was not enough, even though there was a French press coffee pot.

My group of 8 had the best time in Reggello. To start Elena our host was so easy to work with!! She gets 5 stars from the entire group. The villa was perfect for the 8 of us, each having their own room and bath was key. The grounds and view are amazing as is the pool area. Plenty of loungers for a very large group.
The villa is a 5 minute drive to the outlets, so yes bought a new Gucci bag. We had one small car for errands and mostly used drivers to take us on day trips. Since we love our wine we felt it smarter to hire drivers. A car is good to have for shopping etc.
The best night was when we had our private chef as a birthday surprise to my BFF. Luciano, his wife and her cousin were amazing as was the food. We had so much fun with Luciano, truly bigger than life personality. Thanks to Elena for introducing us to Luciano.
This villa is approximately 30-40 minutes outside Florence city center. We don't stay inside cities we prefer the privacy of a villa so we can laugh and be as loud as we want.
Our driver was Piero five stars on his service.lElena has his info. Great for day trips, we went to San Gimignano which was beautiful. Wine tasting is also a must my favorite was Casa Emma which has amazing Brunello (yes I shipped some home) plus delicious balsamics.. Highly recommend this villa...

Our group of 11 people had a very comfortable stay here in Reggello! Our host, Elena, was very responsive; before and during our stay. She responded quickly to every message I sent prior to the visit and during our stay. Elena was very helpful in finding a Chef, Leuciano, who was incredible! The villa itself looks beautiful in the photos but even more gorgeous in person. We had a two-week stay so there was a cleaning service that came after a week and replaced towels, cleaned bathrooms; it was very nice. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa! :)
