Перш за все: є парковка. Під вікнами. Що є дуже зручно. Також нам надіслали дуже чітке відео, як потрапити всередину. І які правила проживання. В апартаменти треба піднятись по сходах. Нижче живуть власники. Тому за всім можна до них звернутись. Квартира чиста, охайна, зручна. Я спочатку була негативно налаштована на розкладний диван. Але він виявився доволі зручний. Є достатньо рушників. Пральна машинка, пральні засоби. Посуду на кухні достатньо. Є все для комфортного життя. Дуже потішила велика тераса. З тентом від сонця. Є кондиціонер в кімнаті. В спальні немає. Але нам було достатньо. До моря 4хв пішки. Пляж є приватний з лежаками і також поруч звичайний. Саме містечко дуже спокійне.

Zentral gelegen in Deiva Marina, trotzdem relativ ruhig abends.
Sofort zu Fuß am Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt.
Wohnung echt gut ausgestattet, großes Bad.
Zu Fuß schnell am Bahnhof, um mit dem Zug zu allen Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung zu kommen.

The apartment is well furnished and very clean. The parking is comfortable and good for a big car as well. The location is very good and the beach is fantastic.
The apartment is located under the roof. When it is hot outside, the conditioner is working in one room only and the bedroom air gets not ventilated and remains quite hot. If the temperature is not very hot outside, this is not a problem.
There were no shampoo and body wash, this needs to be taken with you.

L'appartamento è carino e pulito.
Peccato che il proprietario non si sia reso conto di essere a Deiva Marina e non a Portofino...... Tra l'altro un pò invadente e insistente anche in orari non consoni.
