Loved the location. It was right in the middle of Pigadia. The views were amazing. It was quiet even though it was above restaurants.
Prompt replies to messages. Each time we had a question, Connie was extremely prompt to reply.
Cute little apartment. Everything you need. Loved that there was laundry on site, it allowed us to pack lightly. Great water pressure in the shower.
There was a minor problem with the electrical box. The power would shut off spontaneously from time to time but easy to fix. It was only a problem because it would wake me up due to the ac being shut off at night and it would get hot.

Mimis & Connie 1 is a tastefully decorated and centrally located apartment, with a nice balcony overlooking the harbour. We only stayed 1 night (but could have stayed longer). Bed was comfy and the apartment had all you needed. Located above Maxim restaurant. Entrance is from behind, via the shopping street. The apartment is on the 1st floor. You need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Wat n prachtig appartement, met n prachtig uitzicht op de haven.
De bank, tafel en stoelen en het bed waren geweldig.
De douche had n goede warme straal. Fijn ook dat er n wasmachine was
Winkels en restaurant in de buurt.
Wat voor ons heerlijk was dat de eigenaresse Nederlandse is, wat goed van pas kwam want de stroom was uitgevallen.
Mochten wij weer naar Karpatos gaan, is dit zeker n plek waar we terug zullen komen.
Er is niet echt veel wat beter had gekund.
Het enige waar mensen rekening mee moeten houden dat de wegen vrij stijl naar boven gaan.
Onder het appartement zit n eet cafe, hier komt wel veel lawaai vandaan, wij hadden hier overigens geen last van.
