Lovely hotel with a lot of nice facilities and incredibly helpful staff, quite clean and very good value, a bit out of the way of the city centre but still easy enough to get to would definitely recommend.

Place is nice and even affordable. If you have your your car or planning to rent a car then it will not be a problem since the place is a bit far from downtown. But other than that nice place to stay

on arrival, Monti was very helpful. He took ALL our luggage from the car to the room. He was very kind and he realized that English was our principal language even though we spoke Italian as welll. When we arrived, there was a maintenance man checking the water in the shower. The next morning, we found the water temperature in the shower to be very hot and we were unable to lower the temperature. After several minutes, the temperature reduced on its own. I was even worried about washing my hair because I thought the temperature was high enough to really hurt my scalp. Also, the bathtub was very high. The 95 year old lady in our party could not take a shower because she was unable to get into the tub. on the positive side, the air conditioning in the room was very good. The room was very clean and spacious. The third bed fit with ease in the room. Breakfast was good but somewhat limited. For example, we expected to find a few small panini and more fruit of the season. The onoly breas was saml toast bread. we wanted to eat at the hotel, but the restaurant menu was very expensive and limited in selection. The 95 year old lady would not have found something she would have enjoyed. So we went to The Brand Hotel and found more variety on their menu and the prices were more reasonable. They had Primi dishes at 13 Euro and even pizza. The location is quite far from the center of Rome but it was adequate for us as we were on the return part of our trip and going to the airport. The price we paid for accommodations fro 3 people was good. It ws difficult to find accommodations fro 3 people.
