About this apartment rental
Large designer apartment of 80m² with balcony near a 1 ha park. Two separate showers. Cozy apartment in a quiet, wooded area of La Plaine, 15 minutes from the center of Paris, and far from the hustle and bustle of St Denis. PARKING in the basement, wifi. The apartment is ideally located near the RER D Stade de France St Denis station, which takes you to CHATELET in 15 minutes. You can use free private parking in the basement of the building. The area is calm and very secure, around a one hectare park. A supermarket is accessible every day except Sunday until 10 p.m. You also have a pharmacy, just nearby.Motorways A1 and A86. CDG Airport: 25mn by car, 60 'by train. The nearest train station will take you to Gare du Nord (Eurostar, Thalys) in 8 ', Les Halles (15'), L'Opéra & les Grands Magasins (20 '), les Champs Elysées (25'), Les Halles ( 15 '), Montmartre (25'), Le Louvre (25 '), Eiffel Tower (50') ... plus 5 'walk to reach the station from the apartment.

The property was perfect, very clean. A very short walk to the Metro made it possible to forgo a vehicle rental. A grocery store was also close by. The neighborhood felt safe. Highly recommended!

The apartment was clean with some minor blemishes on furniture, the living area was very spacious, the toilet was one the smaller side. The furnishing Style was to our liking. We enjoyed our stay.

It is pretty much as shown in photos. Walking distance to Stade de France St Denis metro. Monop small supermarket close to Metro also. It has everything needed for short stay. No air conditioning but rooms have fans. Smell on and off in one bedroom which needed windows opening to air it out. Washing powder and dishwasher powder was supplied which was appreciated. Overall no problems for our stay.

Check in was easy and the property manager was very easy to reach when I had questions. Walking distance to Stade de France. Perfect size for the 6 of us with the three bedrooms each with a full sized bed. 2 showers. The flat was clean and everything was in working order. Would definitely stay again. Saint-Denis is not as glamorous as Paris proper, but the streets are cleaner! And who goes to France to stay in their room? The proximity to 2 rail stations was so convenient!
