Professional host - available even late at night. Well refurbished apartment, condition still as good as new. Parking space in front of the house. Excellent subway connection to downtown London within 10-15min walking distance.
Neighbourhood slightly challenging for a family with young kids when walking 'home' from subway late at night. Cleaning staff stormed in a bit clumsy and unfriendly when we were just about to depart.

One of the beds was VERY uncomfortable and also we couldn’t turn on the microwave and an engineer was sent out on the day of our checkout at 9:30am and woke us up when we were sleeping and was continuously knocking until we answered
