A casa é muito confortável, não é grande, mas o tamanho ficou perfeito para minha família e eu. É localizada muito perto do centro, 5 minutos andando e chega. Amamos tudo, Joyce atenciosa e nos presenteou com uma cortesia no restaurante próximo. Com certeza retornaremos, os vizinhos da avenida são super tranquilos. E ainda fomos recebidos com um mimo. Obrigada!

Localização é ótima no centro e perto de tudo
Escadas de difícil acesso, tudo bem apertado, com apenas um banheiro e sem estacionamento, se quiser estacionar na rua tem que pagar 3,00 a hora.
