Everything was beautiful and well-organized, with all the necessities available. Ms. Zahia welcomed us warmly and insisted on showing us all the nearby shops and facilities, reflecting her generosity and hospitality. The place enjoys a strategic location in the heart of the city, and every detail was thoughtfully considered, including the presence of a bidet shower in the bathroom to cater to the needs of Arab guests.

Outstanding central location on the Lake Walk and shore. In the heart of Montreux with perfect facilities for a family and ensuring comfortable feel.
Challenging for key exchange with extremely kind and compassionate owner but required personnel exchange of information. Payment was challenging due to changes in Switzerland for cash withdrawals of limits to 250 Swiss Francs. Did not have credit card payment setup at time.

Amazing location, convenient walk to the Christmas markets, supermarkets and shops. Suzi was an amazing host and no issues with check in. Bus stop is right outside the apartment. Apartment was cosy though it can get cold in the bedrooms.
Facilities mentioned that apartments had washing machine but ours didn't have. Had to pay extra for washing at the basement. This unit is on the low floor, view is not as exceptional. Some bedrooms did not have heating facilities and floor is marble.
