About this house rental
Escape to a little piece of paradise nestled in a cozy corner of Priest Lake Idaho. This gem is located in the tiny town of Coolin and is only a short distance to the water. The lake is nicknamed the crown jewel for her immense beauty and breathtaking views.
Our Cabin is approx 1000 sq feet with 2 bedrooms and a loft for extra sleeping space or used for a playroom for the kids. Living room has 3 swivel rocking recliners and a reclining electric sofa with a cozy wood stove that provides soothing warmth while mesmerized by the light show through the glass doors or just relaxing while watching a movie on the 65 inch flat screen TV with surround sound.
The space is functional and inviting with seating for 4 at the peninsula and a card table with 4 chairs for additional seating. The bedrooms are equip with phone charging cables and wall mounted TV's. All TV's have a DVD player and an extensive movie collection to choose from. Bedroom #1 has a King sized bed. There are 9 stairs required to access bedroom #2 which has a queen sized bed. Large loft space for children 6 and older and adults can use this space as well but requires climbing an 8 foot ladder to Access area. The loft has a queen bed, TV with Roku and DVD player.
1 bathroom has a large over sized shower with massaging shower head. Stack-able washer and dryer works great for small to medium loads.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking a nice meal or baking a batch of cookies. Coffee/ Tea station that comes with a variety of tea, coffee pods, cocoa and creamer.
Traeger Bbq with pellets, Blackstone flat grill with air fryers built in and gas BBQ provided on the patio for outside grilling options.
Large driveway with plenty of parking options.
Garage is for homeowner storage only and unavailable to guests.
Pets are not to be left alone inside or outside the cabin. Please take your pets with you or may be kenneled inside for short periods.
There is a $25 non-refundable pet deposit.
We have exterior cameras only as a safety precaution to maintain the safety and security of the property.

Great space for a small group. Loft bed was great for the kids. Had everything you would need to cook in. Enjoyed the firepit and being next to the woods.

The place was clean and well equipped, which we appreciated. However, the presence of TVs in every room, security cameras and remotely controlled thermostats gave the place a Big Brother is watching kind of feel. It was uncomfortable in that sense. We did appreciate the animal feeding station just out the front door, though found it rather depressing that it was being captured on a close circuit camera which was connected to the big screen TV inside, not more that 20 feet away from the station itself. The wood stove was a life saver. The shower was great, the king bed very comfortable, and our dogs appreciated the welcoming dog biscuits. We did appreciate the many thoughtful touches, despite feeling watched, which was unnerving.
