We chose the Merveil Victoria for its location and that it had air conditioning. Both were excellent. The apartment though is very minimally stacked in terms of kitchen utensils and had not even salt provided. It was more rundown (building and apartment) that I expected for the money and from the photos.

Location was close to everything. The apartment was well appointed. We enjoyed our stay. The bathroom/shower situation was a little different, with 1 shower/toilet combo, 1 toilet and 2 showers with 1 of the showers attached to the master. It worked jut a little odd.

Overall we loved this apartment. We were 10 adults, in this "5 bedroom." The apartment is well decorated, clean and the location can't be beat. One small thing to know is that 2 of the bedrooms are connected by a thin glass partition, so there's not much privacy. It could be ok for parents/kids, but not really for 2 adult couples.
Also, on one of the days, we had no water in the building. I wish we had known this in advance. On another day, the washer did not work. I contacted management, but it took several days to fix.
Again, overall, great place. Location has an elevator.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants , small supermarket, shops. One thing to note is that only the master bathroom has a shower in the room. But no toilet so you still have to leave the room to use the toilet in the hallway. None of the other rooms have their own bathrooms. They are all pretty much together near the front entrance. The building itself is very charming. Has a small elevator. The stairs had an issue in that the light would not come on with the sensor as we would reach the 2nd floor. Do left in the dark. The 1st floor neighbor is an extremely rude man who made our exit very unpleasant. Washer and dryer had signs not to use so not sure why they are listed as amenities. Overall , yes , a good place to stay given location and decor. A bit pricey for what it is however.
