About this villa rental
Villa Nefise has a great location in the heart of Dalyan – in Gulpinar neighbourhood – only a 10-minute walk to the centre. This villa is set on the corner plot. The garden area is luscious green with mature palm trees, flowers and lawn. There is a marble terrace area with outdoor furniture. Sun loungers with mats and parasols are provided for your use. There is a stone barbeque at the side of the villa.
The downstairs is an open plan space with double doors that lead onto the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden. The kitchen is fitted with everything you need for your stay. You will also find a bathroom and a storage area on the ground floor. All rooms are nicely decorated to make you feel at home from the minute you enter the villa.
Upstairs,
1st Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, dresser, wardrobe, air conditioner.
2nd Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, dresser, wardrobe, air conditioner.
3. Bedroom: 1 single bed, dresser and fan.
Bathroom: There is a bathroom with shower and WC available for the common use of the guests staying on the upper floor.
Upstairs you will come across the three cosy bedrooms all furnished and with balconies overlooking the garden/swimming pool area and/or the mountains in the distance. The balconies are also the perfect place to enjoy the quiet in the sunshine. There is a family bathroom on the upper floor.
For extra security all window and doors are fitted with shutters.
Pool maintenance is made every day at about 8 a.m

The villa is in a good location in Gulpinar. Quiet and with views of the mountains. The outside space is great, a good sized, well maintained pool, pretty, mature garden and the wide covered terrace with dining table and seating area is lovely and shady. But, the third bedroom is unusable. It’s so small that it includes one less than full size single bed and there is no air - con only a fan which in August, is no good. The description says three bed air con. I wouldn’t have booked this villa if I had known as I wanted a three bedroom villa not a two bedroom villa. It shouldn’t be advertised as a three bedroom villa. We had a lovely holiday and it’s a great villa in many ways but, it’s not suitable for a family that wants three bedrooms.

A lovely house , extremely ell equipped and very comfortable. It was everything we wanted. Quiet, with a lovely well maintained garden and pool but close to restsurants and a short walk to town and the river.
The 'host' was very attentive and helpful.

This was the second time in this house, and now im back in Holland again, en I miss my second home(town) I really do. The service from Ozgur and his team was really incredible again. I would recommend this villa for sure. Hopefully can we book our flights for September soon and stay a bit longer in this lovely villa.
