Visit Old Town Scottsdale in this beautiful and stylish, king bed condo with heated pool. A perfect location nestled between some fantastic Scottsdale resorts and the Arizona canal featuring popular hiking and biking trails! Fully furnished, private patio, and with all the comforts of home including Wifi and SmartTV with 160 Samsung Plus channels plus local. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, and glasses.
This is a 30 night minimum property and complex. Should you need a stay shorter than 30 nights, please contact me and I will direct you to a different property.
The condo has quality furnishings throughout. Relax on the comfortable sofa, and watch TV on the Smart TV with Cox cable. The spacious king bedroom has a large closet, a very comfortable bed with quality bedding.
Convenient and private second floor single level unit with no interior steps. You will have a covered, assigned parking close to the steps to your condo, and a heated community pool and sauna just a short walk from your door. Enjoy a cookout in the community barbecue area with gas grills. Play a game of cards or visit with friends in the beautiful community clubhouse.
Fabulous location in Old Town Scottsdale! Take a short 10 minute walk along the Arizona canal to the center of Old Town and Scottsdale Fashion Park where you will find all the action and numerous dining options . You are only a 3 minute car ride from the nearest grocery store. The Barrett Jackson Auction, and The Phoenix Open are only a short 15 minute car drive away also.
