Overall we had a great time with very little complaints. Our room was exactly as listed, clean and had everything we needed with a great beach view. Both pools were nice but the splash pad was a perfect addition for our little one! Even his sister had a good time on it with him. I only had to contact our host a couple of times but they were very efficient in writing me back with the information I needed. Our biggest and possibly only complaint was the elevator situation. There are only four of them for the whole building. At times only two of them worked which made for coming and going very difficult especially during check in and out times. To be fair we had read a previous review that mentioned this before but we were hoping it was resolved. Sometimes we would wait up to 30 min for an elevator so it did kind of dampen the mood. Other than that, everything else went smoothly and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely book here again or with another Brett Robinson building.

1. Rental process was smooth and easy. The condo was clean. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was in good shape. Kitchen was appropriated equipped.
2. Pricing was accurate except the condo requires a separate parking fee that is paid during check-in. The additional $35 dollars per vehicle was a surprise and seemed to not depend on the number of nights spent on the property.
3. Wait time on the elevators was excessive during peak times. Maybe this is true for all high rise buildings. Several times we waiting in long lines for 5 to 10 minutes on elevators. Sometimes we watched the doors open and close because the elevators were full. It affected our experience and we began to plan our activities around elevator access. Our condo was on the 15th floor so that contributed to our poor elevator experience.
