Traditional and very original hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food delicious and the rooms warm, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was incredible value and the homemade jam and local produce delicious. We'd definitely come back!

Amazing location, friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner on site, lots of charm and character to the property
not in the best condition (e.g. wallpaper peeling, dated in places), pretty basic facilities (e.g. no coffee in the room)

The location and the cleanliness
Beds could have been comfier, the whole hotel smelled like the cooking of the restaurant. The food was overpriced and not well made.
