Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms with great views. Spa and heated outdoor pool.
No coffee making facilities in room. Charged for from reception machine.

The pool was warm and nice. The spa had two saunas, different showers, hot tab and relaxing area. The area was actually bigger than we expected. Also the room downstairs for ski boots to dry was nice and convenient.
The rooms were quite small and didn’t include even a mini fridge. That would have been handy.

Wonderful hotel in Kaprun. Pool was a huge bonus. Great to go for a swim after a ski day. Superb breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Walking distance from the gondola lift base station.

Location was good and parking was free which is a good thing also its a great experience reception ladies were very friendly and very helpful and upgraded our room thanks a lot
No coffee in the rooms or kettle no tissue very small towels.. noise can be heard Easley from who stays above footsteps any movement that was really annoying and late time too no considerations.. no AC only electric fan only it was very hot in the room
