Leider ein großer Minuspunkt: Meine Frau war in der Nähe in einer Klinik untergebracht, es regnete die ganze Zeit und wir hatten nachgefragt, ob es gegen Aufpreis möglich wäre, dass meine Frau den Wellnessbereich mitbenutzt. Leider kam man uns hier nicht entgegen. Sehr schade, andere Hotels in Oberstdorf machen das.

The location of the hotel is good, food was ok, plenty of parking, correct pricing, most of the staff was welcoming and helpful. The place is peaceful, also due to the fact that there are no children.
The rooms and facilities, notably the spa area, are a bit dated. A few of the staff was not professional and friendly enough.
