Der Check-In verlief sehr freundlich und schnell. Es war alles vorbereitet, so das die Prozedur im Nu erledigt war. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade. Ueberhaupt, alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind kundenorientiert und aufmerksam. Das allein erzeugt schon eine angenehme Atmosphaere. Zimmer und Bad waren hell, freundlich und grosszuegig geschnitten. Die EInrichtung lies es an nichts mangeln. Es waren viele "Kleinigkeiten", die einem zeigen, dass sich hier jemand in die Rolle des Gastes versetzt hat und versucht den Aufenthalt so angenehm als moeglich zu machen. Das WLAN war stabil und schnell genug. Das Fruehstueck war sehr gut. Nicht so sehr ausladend, wie in den grossen Haeusern. Aber auch hier mit Bedacht und Qualität. Eierspeise wird ebenfalls auf Wunsch gemacht. Und hier ist mal wieder ein Hotel mit Tee, der seinen Namen verdient.

Location was great, just slightly outside the Old Town, near a grocery and ATM, 10-minute walk to the Mosbach (Baden) station. We used this hotel as a base for hiking sections of the Neckarsteig and used the S-Bahn to come and go each day. Our room was very spacious, with comfortable bedding, lots of surfaces to spread out and organize paperwork and luggage. We also liked that a safe was provided and that the bathroom and shower were large and luxurious. We even enjoyed a nice view of the hills from out window. Breakfast was good.
