First, the employees are outstanding - they truly give the guest experience a 10 plus rating. The hotel is close to the airport, on the lake and easy access to the city center. We were there in early fall so the outdoor areas including the pool and outdoor seating were closed, however you can walk around the property and enjoy being outdoors. We dined at both restauraunts, and found the food and wine to be delicious. The morning breakfast buffet was fresh, had a great variety and was perfect. There were plenty of areas to sit and work if you wished to, and their lounge areas were beautiful and comfortable. They offer a spa experience that is world class. Be sure to fully understand what is offered upon check in so you don't miss out on what they have to offer! We were not traveling with young children, however they cater to the littles and allow the family to all enjoy themselves.
Not a negative, rather a suggestion for a higher level of enjoyment. I shared with the hotel, we would have appreciated a more complete understanding on the facility and services offered so we were better prepared for our stay, and were able to fully enjoy all they offer. A walking introduction to all the areas upon arrival would be a plus for the overall experience.

Not good value for money unfortunately. The hotel & room was dated. The room was very small and there was a very strong vis-a-vis. Once you open the window you could see the people in the building opposite, felt like they were right in front of us, I would say we had 0% privacy, we had to keep the curtains shut the whole time which made our room so dark.
The guys at valet were excellent and made the stay feel special.
The girl at reception was not up to my expectations, she gave 0 information about the hotel and we were forced to ask loads of questions, maybe she was new? I told her were staying because it was my birthday, I had really hoped she would have taken note of that and would’ve made an effort and left something special in the room like a complimentary glass of champagne or a flower or anything. It doesn’t take a lot to show a bit of effort that can go a long way. And honestly for the amount of money we paid to stay there, I really expected exceptional service. Especially in a country where the hotellerie universities are amongst the top in the world.
