The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Another strong point of the structure is certainly the private parking space, an essential service for the area as well as the interior equipped with every comfort. The location is unique and in one of the most exclusive locations on the island of Elba, a stone's throw from excellent seaside restaurants to taste the local cuisine and enjoy the wonderful fiery sunsets that this location offers.

Inside it is composed of a large living room with double sofa bed, a small separate kitchen with access to the sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs for dining, a bedroom with a single bed and a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Large equipped outdoor area. The tv doesn't work.

- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old
- the rental must be for a maximum of 4 adults + child
- as in all our facilities, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed, with a cleaning fee of € 30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Die Terrasse, die gesamte Anlage, die Nähe zum Strand und die Sauberkeit sind absolut top.
Allerdings gibt es keine Satanlage, nur einen Minifernseher, kein W-Lan, keinen Wasserkocher, Kochtopf mit abgebrochenen Henkel, kein Blatt WC-Papier etc. Das Bett ist nicht besonders, die Pölster grauenhaft, alle Türen hängen und quietschen.
Extrem negativ war die Buchung. Auch nach Bezahlung wird erst nach langem Drängen (12 Minuten Telefonat) eine falsche Adresse angegeben und man wartet dann eine halbe Stunde am falschen Ort, bis nach drei Anrufen endlich die Agentur wenigstens die Handynummer des Mitarbeiters preisgegeben hat, sodass eine Übergabe stattfinden konnte.
Soviel Ärger bei der Buchung habe ich noch niemals gehabt und nur wenn ich wieder einmal nach Elba fahren sollte, werde ich nochmals dieses Apartment buchen, sonst werde ich von Buchungen bei Ihrer Agentur sicher Abstand nehmen.
