Tastefully furnished hotel within walking distance of Juan-les-Pins but in a nice quiet location. Spotlessly clean. Spacious bedroom. Excellent breakfasts. Friendly, welcoming staff. One of the best hotels we've stayed in.

A quiet location walkable from town, so calming and restful. Set in lovely gardens. Wonderful breakfast. Heated outside pool was warm in April. Consideration given to the needs of the guest - the room having ironing board etc. Staff wonderful…….quietly attentive and helpful. Everything was better than I hoped for. Spoke with other guests and everyone was delighted with this establishment and all said they will return. Charging point for electric cars. A small hotel who have gone out of their way to make it the best it can be.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable with a free parking space for cars.
The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful.
The breakfast had many choices and was delicious.
We had a wonderful stay.

The pool was appealing.
The small apartment type rooms are to small, it felt very cramped, with little room to store our cases properly
The house keeping was poor, even after lunch our room was still not made up
They offer powdered milk for tea, and upon requesting some fresh milk they said it was chargeable. Surely not in a 4* hotel, just not good enough
There was no contact with management at any time during our stay, nobody seemed bothered about anything
