O apartamento é muito limpo, aconchegante, e é uma graça.
O condomínio também tem uma estrutura excelente.

Localização e lazer do condomínio.
A limpeza deixou a desejar. Tivemos que comprar uma nova esponja de louça porque a que tinha na pia estava muito suja, inclusive com cabelos. Além disso, não deixaram saquinhos para os lixos (cozinha e banheiro).
