close to the train station, very clean, comfortable bed, kitchen with little balcony

The location is very close to Parma train station. The hosts have been very kind , I had a 30kg suitcase, they’ve helped me carried it to the third floor upon arrival and also check out , I’m beyond grateful ☺️
The walls of the rooms are not sound proof.

the nice big clean room; value for money; close to the train station; can walk to city center and tourist area.
The staff, especially Marco and Olga were very friendly and helpful, but the place is hard to find. The front dorr on Trento street is locked, with only a small sign. You have to go around to the back and there too the door is locked.

--> Staff were friendly.
--> Rooms were clean.
--> Wi-Fi stable.
--> Room was reasonably spacious.
--> The shower stream was very weak. Seemed like they're trying to save a whole lot of water. Shower was therefore quite cold and uncomfortable. Not appropriate for the price of 60€/night.
--> Beds were short, I'm only 184cm but my feet didn't fit on the mattress. Again not appropriate for 60€/night.
--> Noise from the street was quite loud, but I head earplugs which made it bearable.
