The accomodation was very close to the town the fridge was a bonus so it was nice to take cold bottles of water out and had a lovely bowl of sweets in the entry hall

Excellent location: - 10 minutes walk to Towan and Great Western beaches, less than 30 minutes to Fistral and Lusty Glaze. 2 minutes to town centre shops, and restaurants, and the zoo, aquarium and Trenance Gardens are easily walkable. Excellent facilities - room was immaculate. Lovely touches like a silent mini fridge and USB charging ports in the bedside plug socket so I didn't need an adaptor plug. Excellent host - friendly, helpful and responsive to messages. A lovely seaside stay!

Great location. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, drug stores and bus station.
Communication with Ben was a little difficult. I had no phone number or email to reach him directly. I was having difficulty getting into the guesthouse but fortunately Ben just happened to be driving by at the time and helped me with the combination to access the key. Once I had the opportunity to meet Ben he was very helpful and gave me his WhatsApp number so I could reach him in the future, but it wan't necessary. While he has an apartment on the main floor, I don't think he actually lives there. Because Ben appears to be an absentee landlord, I arranged with a neighboring BandB to work with the luggage transfer service.

Location was good.
There wasn’t lighting in entrance hall so stairs were dangerous going up and down them, proper cups/mugs would have been nice.and a small supply of cutlery.
