I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme. From the moment I arrived, the reception team welcomed me warmly, always attentive and available with great advice on local restaurants and activities.
The spa team deserves special mention — Maria provided my natural mud treatments with great care, supported by her kind and professional colleagues Brigitte, Giacomo, Manuela, Lucia (and another lovely lady whose name I sadly don’t recall). The restaurant and bar team, including Vincenzo, made breakfast and "aperitivo time" a pleasure, offering excellent service.
A heartfelt thank you also to the cleaning staff, who kept my room spotless and fresh every day, and to Ciro, who manages the beach amenities so well. The private beach is a highlight — umbrellas are spaced apart enough to give a true sense of privacy and relaxation.
The location is perfect: close to Nitrodi, with the charming village of Sant’Angelo d’Ischia just a short and scenic boat taxi ride from the hotel’s beach. My firend and I couldn’t have asked for a better combination of service, comfort, and setting. Highly recommended!
