Location and staff.
The rooms and the facility were outdated. The bed (queen size) was extremely uncomfortable, squeaky and basically made of two different mattresses put side by side. The pillows were stiff and hard. The bathtub was missing the stopper and the shower head was broken. The window was also broken. Breakfast was mediocre, they couldn’t get fried eggs right for two days straight. The atmosphere of the hotel is dated, it feels as you are going back in time in the early 90’s.
