Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hatte mich im Vorhinein telefonisch kontaktiert, da eine Zimmerverlegung notwenig war. Mit ihrem Charme hat sie dafür gesorgt, dass eine Verlegung in ein dazugehöriges Hotel am Marktplatz kein Problem war und auch im Nachhinein hat sie sich noch einmal erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Alleine wegen ihr würde ich wohl wieder dort nächtigen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war Top!
Die Rezeption ist nicht durchgängig besetzt, aber problematisch war es nicht, da man anrufen konnte und zeitnah dann jemand kam.

Location and it was spacious
It was very cold in the apartment, the heating didn't work. There was a kitchen with an oven etc but no pans to cook..
