Summary:
Welcome to this beautiful, quiet, convenient and spacious apartment. Newly renovated! A comfortable, private apartment for 2 non-smoking guests. Laundry available and parking included. This location is 5 minutes from downtown Sharon, PA with its two hospitals and multiple businesses. For your convenience we are a 20 minute drive to Youngstown and moments from access to Rt. 82 or I-80. Please tell us what your needs are so we may accommodate you during your stay near Amish Country!
The Space:
Private 2 bedroom apartment with office area. Wifi included!
Guest Access:
This is a 4-unit building. In addition to your completely private apartment guests may access the common areas of the building including hallways, staircase and clean, dry basement. Washer and dryer is available for you to use also. Off-street parking is plentiful!
The Neighborhood:
Elm street is a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a small branch of the post office across the street and down from the the building.
Getting Around:
A local cab company, Phil's Dependable Taxi, is a reliable way to get around should you not have a vehicle.
Other Things to Note:
There are several lakes in the area: The Shenango Reservoir is 15 minutes away. Pymatuning Lake is about 30 minutes north; and Conneaut lake is about 45 minutes away. Cook Forest is a beautiful reserve of old growth forest, located about 60 miles away near Clarion, PA right off of I-80 East. There are lots of restaurants and historic places nearby. Please refer to your guidebook and Mercer/Trumbull County Visitor's Bureaus.

Location was great and close to everything. Clean place. I brought it up to the owner about cigarette smoke odor and she was on it right away. Seems to care about the ppl who stay on her property that they hace enjoyable stay

Secure and safe property. Good value for the price. Kitchen items could use a little updating. Pots and pans were a little rough. Other than that a comfortable unit for the price.

l was not expecting stairs if she had mentioned it in her post l would’ve taken it for the simple fact l am a senior an so is my sister we had bags to carry also a roller l had to leave in car the whole weekend had to leave the groceries in the refrigerator the steps was to much we in are 60’s
