Family Friendly Condo on the Big Niangua-Sleeps 8-10 (8 Adult Max.) …. We purchased this condo for our family and friends to relax and enjoy making memories with one another and we would like to share it with you! Now is the time to relax and enjoy some family time, catch a fish, swing a club at one of the many golf courses or take a hike on the nearby trails at Ha Ha Tonka State Park or Lake of the Ozarks State Park. Ballparks National is only 7 miles away! Our condo is in the gated Cedar Heights Condominiums right off Hwy 54. There are 2 pools located in the complex. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with an attached full bathroom and a door to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a T.V. along with a pocket door to the main bathroom. Bedroom 3 (upstairs) has a queen bed and a full bed along with a T.V. The loft has a day bed with a trundle bed along with some games to enjoy. We have plenty of room to just hang out with a cup of coffee, relax and make some memories.
**We are on the top floor. There are 3 flights of 9 stairs from the parking lot.**

We were looking for a good area to stay for multiple guys to go fishing. This property was a great location and had many amenities nearby. I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was great and the condo was very clean! The host provided everything we needed for our stay, and check-in and check-out was easy! We definitely recommend staying here!

Condo was clean, well maintained, well stocked and roomy enough for 2 families to stay in. This was an excellent place to eat, sleep, swim and relax before and after the kids baseball games!
