Објекат се налази у строгом центру Врдника. Поседује бесплатан паркинг. Има столове и клупе испред апартмана са погледом на цветни врт. Објекат је двострано оријентисан са комплетном заштитом од инсеката (комарници).
Власници су пријатни.
У делокругу од 300 метара су парк, зелена пијаца, мини маркети, пекаре, објекти брзе хране: палачинкарница, пицерија, ћевабџиница...
Ако је недостатак скромна природна светлост - онда је предност надстрешнице, хладовине и могућност боравка на тераси, испред апартмана.
